Owle Construction LLC holds an unlimited, unclassified contractor’s license for the state of North Carolina, license 54287. We are additionally certified as a TERO 1 contractor for the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians; recognized as a woman owned, HUB Zone contractor at the Federal level; and hold a major vendors license with the Tribal Gaming Commission Enterprise for the Harrah’s Cherokee Casino.
